My name is Margaret, and together with my family, I am hoping to bring our love of fresh bread to you.

My sourdough journey started back in 2018, when I got a random whim to make my own starter. After years of perfecting my craft, I began using fresh-milled flour and got hooked on the flavor! As bread is a major staple in our home, I take pride in knowing that the bread we are eating is nourishing my family with the best possible ingredients.
